Leslie Swilley Selected as Hattiesburg Clinic’s Employee of the Quarter
Leslie Swilley, manager at Hattiesburg Clinic The Pediatric Clinic, has been selected as the Employee of the Quarter. This recognition is awarded based on nominations from peers, managers and patients, and the final selection is made by a committee representing all levels of the clinic. Swilley is being recognized for her overall commitment and vision for Hattiesburg Clinic and its patients.
Renee Kendrick, a fellow manager at Flowood Primary Care, praised Swilley’s leadership and willingness to go above and beyond, stating, “Leslie came to Flowood on two different Friday nights to assist me in preparing for our Vaccines for Children site visit. As a new clinic manager, I was so thankful for her assistance and guidance.”
Another colleague, Roxanne Morris, highlighted Leslie’s resourcefulness, saying, “After months of planning for Dr. [Anna Beth] Case to offer vaccines for pediatric patients, Collins Family Practice was approved. Leslie helped me navigate the state website and select the appropriate vaccines to order. With so many choices, her expertise was extremely helpful as I began the process.”
Swilley has consistently shown resourcefulness and a strong willingness to help her colleagues across various departments. She provides valuable guidance and support, whether offering tools and resources or troubleshooting complex issues. Her collaborative spirit and readiness to assist make her an invaluable asset to Hattiesburg Clinic.
Reflecting on her impact, one nomination highlighted, “Leslie has been so great to guide me on a plethora of topics, such as inventory and ordering new equipment. It is reassuring to know that there are lifelines within the clinic, and though we are all in different departments, we can help each other, as well as the patients.”
