This 33-year-old patient wanted to reshape her breasts and increase her breast size after having a previous breast reduction. She received a bilateral breast enlargement with silicone implants, meaning the implants were placed partially under the muscle. The implants were able to be placed through an existing scar. These photos were taken before and six weeks after surgery.
