This 37-year-old patient wanted to reshape her breasts after experiencing sagging and deflation after breastfeeding three children. She had previously undergone a breast augmentation with saline implants. These photos were taken before and two months after surgery, during which she received a breast lift and had her saline implants replaced with silicone gel implants.
