Hattiesburg Clinic Receives Bronze-Level Recognition from AMA
Hattiesburg Clinic has earned bronze-level recognition from the American Medical Association (AMA) as a Joy in Medicine™ health organization, underscoring its commitment to supporting physician well-being and combating burnout within health care. This honor places Hattiesburg Clinic among a select group of organizations dedicated to creating a positive and sustainable working environment for physicians, with the distinction remaining valid for two years.
This recognition, awarded through the AMA’s Joy in Medicine Health System Recognition Program, celebrates health organizations that meet rigorous standards in supporting the professional fulfillment of health care providers. The award signifies Hattiesburg Clinic’s role as a national leader in implementing initiatives that enhance physician well-being and ensure a supportive, efficient clinical environment.
Rebecca W. Lauderdale, MD, FACP, with Hattiesburg Clinic Comprehensive Care, has taken an active role in ensuring physician satisfaction.
