This 48-year-old patient underwent a previous breast augmentation with another surgeon followed by a second surgery to change out her implants. She was unhappy with her results, stating that her breasts were too far apart, and the implants did not fully drop in behind her breasts. She received revision surgery to allow for better expansion and to close the gap between her breasts. She also received larger gel implants. These photos were taken before and three months after surgery.
