Hospital Services Overview
Hospital care is needed if a patient is admitted and spends at least one night in the hospital or other type of inpatient facility. Hospital care physicians care for patients exclusively while they are in the hospital. These physicians work with local hospitals and coordinate a patient’s care with his or her primary care or advanced specialty physician. Hattiesburg Clinic provides hospital-based care for many specialties including internal medicine, gastroenterology, neurology and critical care. We also offer hospital-based pre-operative care through our orthopaedics services.
