The team at Dermatology – South recently hosted their first holiday open house since 2014. Elizabeth Francis Rose, MD, FAAD; William L. Waller, III, MD, FAAD; Lavinia D. Drambarean, PA-C; Lauren Bennett, PA-C; V. Ashley Ford, DCNP; Sara Kelly, DCNP; Teresa Rahaim, licensed aesthetician; and Courtney E. Smith, licensed aesthetician, and their team came together to spread some holiday cheer to their patients.
Dermatology – South has been in the community for over 10 years. The team wanted to provide an opportunity for patients and friends to meet the staff and learn more about the clinic and services provided. Chef Katie Dixon’s Birdhouse Cafe laid out a beautiful assortment of treats, and to spread a little extra holiday cheer, Santa and Mrs. Claus joined the party.
“We were thrilled to have so much of the Hattiesburg community attend our holiday open house! Combining dermatology and Christmas made for a perfect evening of fun, education and pure Christmas magic,” Rose said. “So many of our patients feel like family and this was a wonderful way to celebrate. Thank you to the Hattiesburg community for supporting Dermatology-South. We are blessed beyond measure and wish you and your loved ones a joyous season this year.”
Several vendors traveled from out of town to demo products from brands like Youngblood® Mineral Cosmetics and DermAware®. The Lumenis® representative demoed the Splendor and Stellar – the clinic’s newest pieces of laser equipment. Rahaim and Smith demoed Vivace, a skin rejuvenating laser therapy.
It was an evening filled with holiday cheer. For information on specials or to schedule a consultation visit www.hattiesburgclinic.com/dermsouth or call (601) 261-3540.
