This 34-year-old previously had breast implants that she chose to remove due to concerns for breast implant illness. She did not have the illness, so she decided to replace her implants. She underwent a breast augmentation with silicone gel implants using her previous scar. She also received front, side and back liposuction to target areas of stubborn fat that did not respond to diet or exercise. The improvement in the look of her buttock was achieved solely through this liposuction. These photos were taken before and eight months after surgery.
