This 63-year-old patient was experiencing breast distortion from a previous augmentation 40 years prior. Her saline implants were exchanged for silicone implants to give more symmetry and a more youthful appearance. The augmentation was able to be performed through the previous incision. These photos were taken before and six weeks after surgery.
