Kristy Reyer, LPN, Presented with Cheers from Your Peers
The WOW! Committee would like to congratulate Kristy Reyer, a licensed practical nurse (LPN) with Hattiesburg Clinic Lincoln Road Family Medicine, on receiving the Cheers from Your Peers award. This honor is given to employees who exemplify Hattiesburg Clinic’s values. Each month, one employee or a group of employees is selected based on peer nominations received during that period.
Reyer is celebrated for being a proactive team player and for going the extra mile to ensure her patients are well taken care of. In her role, Reyer performs a variety of tasks, including monitoring patient health, managing basic care and ensuring accurate documentation of patient information.
Her ‘above and beyond’ attitude was highlighted in a nomination by a colleague, who stated, “Kristy is a fantastic asset to the Lincoln Road team.” They added, “She strives for excellence in all she does and always makes sure her patients are taken care of, including wheeling them to their cars and helping them get in. She also stocks supplies and assists when someone is behind, often without being asked.”
Reyer’s hard work has not gone unnoticed by her colleagues. Her coworker summed it up perfectly, saying, “Kristy is a humble, hardworking coworker who deserves all the awards our clinic has to offer.”
