Jessica Gurganus Presented with Cheers from Your Peers
The WOW! Committee would like to congratulate Jessica Gurganus with Cheers from Your Peers. Jessica is the manager for Hattiesburg Clinic Bellevue Family Medicine. She was recognized for the outstanding support she gives her coworkers.
In a recent WOW! nomination, Gabbrielle Pittman, receptionist with Bellevue Family Medicine shared the following:
“Jessica is the best, most helpful manager,” Pittman said. She goes on to express gratitude for Jessica’s willingness to lend a helping hand and always having confidence in the abilities of her workers. Pittman also highlighted Jessica’s encouragement of professional development and growth saying, “She lets us branch out when we want to learn more things. Hands down the best boss I’ve ever had.”
Jessica’s exceptional contributions have made a positive impact on both her team and the patients they serve. Her commitment to providing the best possible care and cultivating a collaborative and supportive environment has earned her the admiration of her peers and sets a standard for excellent leadership.
