L. Wesley Aldred, MD, FACP, FCCP, is a physician with Hattiesburg Clinic Pulmonary Medicine and Hattiesburg Clinic Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Aldred received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Miss. He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center as well as a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care.
Aldred is board certified in internal medicine, critical care medicine, and pulmonology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, and a Fellow in the American College of Physicians. He has special practice interests in point-of-care ultrasound and advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy with endobronchial ultrasound.
