“I wanted to practice medicine because my father was a surgeon and set a great example for me. The reason I chose gastroenterology is because my grandmother was diagnosed with colon cancer, ultimately leading to her death. So, a big focus for me as a gastroenterologist is to help my patients prevent colon cancer with service that is timely and efficient.” – Porter H. Glover, MD
