Thompson W. Liddell, MD, is a physician with Hattiesburg Clinic Infectious Diseases.
Dr. Liddell received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Miss. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss. He also completed a fellowship in infectious diseases at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.
Liddell is board certified in infectious diseases by the Infectious Diseases Society of America. He is a member of several prestigious medical organizations, including American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, Infectious Diseases Society of America and Mississippi Medical Association.
At Hattiesburg Clinic, Liddell provides consultation for a range of infectious diseases. He has specific interests in antibiotic stewardship, bone and joint infections and atypical mycobacteria. His primary focus is to meet the medical needs of his patients while growing lasting relationships with them.
