W. Adrian Strickland, LPC, is a counselor with Hattiesburg Clinic Psychology & Counseling.
Strickland received his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Miss. He completed an internship at Pine Grove Behavioral Health & Addiction Services in Hattiesburg. He is also specially trained as a trust-based relational intervention practitioner.
Strickland is licensed by the Mississippi State Board of Examiners for Licensed Professional Counselors and is a national certified counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. He is a member of the Mississippi Counseling Association and the Association for Experiential Education’s Therapeutic Adventure Professional Group.
At Psychology & Counseling, Strickland provides individual and family counseling for emotional and behavior issues in children and adolescents. His special interests include parent training, child and adolescent behavior management, social skills training, developmental trauma, attachment and autism.
