Cheers from Your Peers

The WOW! committee would like to congratulate Jason Allgood with Cheers from Your Peers. Allgood is the manager of Hattiesburg Clinic Comprehensive Care, Hypertension Center and South 28^th Family Medicine. He was recognized for the attention and care he shows for his employees.

In a recent WOW! nomination, Lisa Rushing, a nurse at South 28^th Family Medicine, shared the following:

“I started at South 28^th Family Medicine about a month ago. I have never had such a great manager who is in touch with his employees and actually cares about our well being. He spends his own money and makes food for us all the time. He writes notes on the board thanking us and brings us treats, but it isn’t about the treats or food – it is about him saying ‘You are the best employee, and I am happy you are here.’ He is always happy and makes you happy to work for him. I feel he deserves something for his management skills of multiple departments. To the best manager – you are #1!
