Hattiesburg Clinic Laurel Family Medicine provides comprehensive care based on a thorough evaluation as our patients’ first contact for health care.
Our team specializes in the overall health needs of any member of the family throughout his or her lifetime – including all genders and ages beginning at 6 months of age. Our providers have diverse training in six major areas of medicine in order to provide our patients with a prompt, complete assessment. These areas of training include internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, psychiatry and community medicine. They also have knowledge in several other medical areas such as emergency medicine, radiology, ophthalmology, urology, orthopedics, otolaryngology and geriatrics. As a family medicine practice, our team is qualified to treat most ailments and dedicated to treating the whole person.
Additionally, our family medicine providers consult with Hattiesburg Clinic’s specialists and make referrals for the treatment of ongoing health issues on behalf of patients when necessary. Along with diagnosing and treating illnesses, they provide preventive care, including standard checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, screening tests and customized instruction on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Part of the mission of Hattiesburg Clinic Laurel Family Medicine is to establish and maintain a one-on-one, ongoing patient-provider relationship with a focus on integrated care. Every patient is our top priority, because we believe good health for our families is good health for our community. Our goal is to serve as an advocate and medical home for our patients with quality, convenience and timeliness in mind.
