Downtown Medical Associates is excited to announce its relocation and merger with Pine Street Family Medicine, located at 908 West Pine Street in Hattiesburg, Miss. With this move comes the formation of Pine Street Primary Care, a consolidated practice where Charles D. Hernandez, DO, and Matthew D. Bolton, FNP, will join with Shomari D. Thompson, MD, of Pine Street Family Medicine.
