Mansoor Ahmad, MD, is a physician with Hattiesburg Clinic Hospital Care Service.
Dr. Ahmad received his medical degree from Khyber Medical College in Peshawar, Pakistan. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Nazareth Hospital, Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic in Philadelphia, Penn. He is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
At Hospital Care Service, he provides care for patients in the hospital. Ahmad monitors their condition, orders and interprets diagnostic tests and adjusts treatment plans as needed. He also coordinates a patient’s hospital care with his or her primary care physician to ensure that the patient receives timely and effective care and has a smooth transition back to outpatient treatment.
