R. Jackson Ross, MD, is a physician with Hattiesburg Clinic Pulmonary Medicine and Hattiesburg Clinic Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Ross received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, Miss. He completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.
Ross is board certified in internal medicine, critical care medicine and pulmonary diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the American College of Physicians and the American Thoracic Society. He has special practice interests in advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy, lung nodules and masses, COPD, asthma and pulmonary embolism.
At Pulmonary Medicine, he provides prevention, diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disorders. At Critical Care Medicine, he provides care to patients in need of intensive medical care or life support.
